My 2016 REVIEW AND 2017 GOALS

I must admit that 2016 was a horibble year for goals. In fact, it was just a horrible year.

Without going into too much detail, we (my Fiancee and I) had a lot of personal and family issues that heavily affected our time and drive to work on goals.

Having said that, you can always find good, you just have to look past the bad and appreciate even the smallest peices of good things. I think it's healthy to focus on the positives.....
Like last year, I'm sharing my goals online to make me more accountable. So here goes:
Leisure  2017 Goals:
  • Attend 3 cooking classes
  • Visit 5 new cities
Health and Fitness 2017 Goals:
  • Reduce body fat to 25% by March and 20% by the end of the year
  • Complete one obstacle course
  • Master 1 push up, 1 pull up and 1 pistol squat (help!!)
  • Complete a pilates session, once a week for 4 weeks by October
  • Learn a new sport. I.e table tennis, martial art, tennis
Professional Development and Work 2017 Goals:
  • Complete CIM Postgraduate Proffessional Marketing course
  • Read 20 books by the end of the year
  • Bring on 4 new clients
